Mom and Me MD

Mom & Me MD is a concierge medical practice founded by Dr. Jessica “Jess” Daigle, a board-certified pediatrician, NICU hospitalist, and breastfeeding medicine doctor. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, the practice supports mothers and newborns as they transition from birth to home, with care shaped by Dr. Daigle’s professional experience and personal perspective as a mother of two former preemies.

Services include newborn care, breastfeeding and lactation support, high-risk newborn care and follow-up, and postpartum support and wellness. Care is personalized, unhurried, and focused on each family’s medical needs, questions, and goals. In-home appointments are available in Atlanta and surrounding areas, while telehealth support serves families locally and nationally. The practice also offers one-to-one access to a pediatrician for guidance and emotional support, including help for families bringing home preterm or medically complex babies. Mom & Me MD aims to ease stress and uncertainty during the postpartum period through attentive medical care, practical advice, and judgment-free support for both parent and baby.
