Mom Natura

Mom Natura is the practice of Heidi Kautenburger, a doula supporting expectant parents through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Based in the Oberfranken region of Germany, Heidi offers attentive, individual care shaped around each client’s needs and wishes. Her approach centres on personal connection, open conversations and helping families feel supported as they prepare for their own birth experience.

Services include doula support during pregnancy and labour, as well as HypnoBirthing courses to help parents prepare mentally for birth. Heidi can provide emotional and practical encouragement to birth partners, share information to support informed decisions, and offer relaxation and breathing techniques. She can accompany families in different settings, including hospitals and birth centres, while working alongside medical professionals. Her role is non-medical: she does not provide clinical care or make medical decisions.

Mom Natura welcomes enquiries through its contact form or by phone. Doula services are generally privately funded in Germany, although some private insurers may contribute under certain conditions.
