MOMS ARE WOMEN is a coaching practice created by Laureen for mothers who want to address mental load, make room for themselves and reconnect with their identity beyond motherhood. It supports women who may feel overwhelmed, guilty, short of time or unsure of their own needs, without judging them or prescribing another routine to manage. The approach focuses on three areas: understanding how time is spent and reclaiming some of it, building self-trust and easing the fear of disappointing others, and discovering what feels meaningful outside the role of mother.
Rather than aiming to help clients do more or become “better” mothers, the coaching helps them create lasting changes and make their own needs count. Sessions take place while walking outdoors in the Beaujolais area, including around Villefranche-sur-Saône, Gleizé, Anse and Belleville, or online throughout France. The practice offers individual coaching and a complimentary first conversation.
