Món Físic

Món Físic is a martial arts school offering practical training in self-defence, combat sports and personal development. Building on its beginnings in Taekwon-Do, the school has expanded its programs to address contemporary needs, with a particular focus on empowering women and supporting vulnerable people. Its classes welcome different audiences and are adapted to students’ levels, combining physical training with techniques intended to build confidence, autonomy and resilience.

For women, Món Físic offers self-defence and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including practice in escaping holds, maintaining distance and controlling an opponent on the ground. High-intensity simulated exercises help participants practise their responses under pressure. Adult classes include Krav Maga, Kick Boxing and K1, blending real-world self-defence, combat skills and fitness. Children can learn Taekwon-Do in a supportive setting that encourages discipline, concentration, physical development and self-esteem. The school also highlights inclusive classes for young people with autism spectrum disorder. Across its programs, Món Físic aims to help students strengthen body and mind while learning useful skills and growing through training.
