Monarch is a steak and wine restaurant in the heart of Prague, located at Na Perštýně 15. The restaurant specializes in premium North American steaks, including aged American Black Angus selected from USDA-certified suppliers, as well as high-quality Czech beef. Its open kitchen and Josper grill let guests watch dishes being prepared over hardwood charcoal, while Head Chef Miroslav Vintrich leads the kitchen.

Wine is central to the Monarch experience. The restaurant offers a list of more than 800 labels from around the world, alongside selected Moravian wines. Head Sommelier Viktor Valný and the team can help guests choose pairings to complement their meals.

Beyond steaks, the menu includes other specialties made with quality ingredients, and weekday lunch menus feature Czech classics, European dishes and international flavours. Monarch also hosts wine tastings and seasonal events, and offers gift vouchers. Its dining room accommodates up to 88 guests, with a private lounge for groups of up to 12. The restaurant welcomes diners for lunch and dinner throughout the week.
