MON BENAS is a mountain sports and trail-running brand based in Benasque, in the Aragonese Pyrenees. Founded by David Félez, a UIMLA-certified mountain guide and FEDME mountain-running coach, it draws on his professional experience and knowledge of the local trails to create tailored outdoor experiences.
Its services include guided trail-running routes, high-altitude and skyrunning outings, race-course reconnaissance, technical training, and personalized preparation for mountain races. The team can also help organize transport, mountain refuges and overnight stays, route logistics, and support along the way. Activities are adapted to different abilities, from beginners to experienced runners, and can be arranged for individuals, groups, clubs, and companies.
MON BENAS also offers intensive camps, mountain-safety instruction, a local trail-running club, and activities for children. For visitors who prefer not to run, it organizes summer and winter hiking. Set in a valley known for major races, high peaks, and extensive mountain routes, MON BENAS helps clients explore the Pyrenees while prioritizing planning, professional guidance, and safety.
