About Moncaplus
MonCA+ is a financial management tool by Cap sur le Direct, designed for guesthouse, gîte and furnished-rental hosts, as well as concierge businesses. Its dashboard brings reservation tracking and financial administration together, helping users understand revenue, platform commissions, expenses and estimated net income. Hosts can enter or import bookings, connect compatible services such as Elloha, and synchronize reservation data through iCal and platform integrations.
The software can also import bank statements, categorize transactions and estimate social contributions based on the user’s selected business status and contribution rate. Additional tools cover tourist tax calculations, invoices and receipts, accommodation records, inventory and snacks, guest reviews, and check-in and check-out inspections with deposit tracking. A digital welcome book can share practical information and local recommendations with guests through a personalized QR code.
