Le Monde de L'Écriture is an online literary community and forum for people who enjoy writing, reading and discussing language. Its members share creative work, exchange feedback and take part in writing games and group projects. The forum welcomes poetry, songs and slam, short texts under 2,500 words, and longer works of up to 10,000 words, with additional spaces for ongoing stories and writing in languages other than French.

Members can join literary exercises, including acrostics, rhyming prompts and collaborative storytelling, or explore micro-texts and micro-poetry. Readers have dedicated areas for discussing novels, short stories, theatre, poetry, essays, comics and manga. Other sections support conversations about writing craft, inspiration, editing and publishing, alongside general discussions and community events.

The site also provides welcome information, a forum charter, practical guidance and a place to ask questions. With thousands of members and an extensive archive of discussions, Le Monde de L'Écriture offers a shared space for creative practice, constructive exchange and literary discovery.
