Mongkom Muay Thai is a martial arts club in central Łódź, operating since 2010 and dedicated to authentic Thai boxing. It welcomes women, men, and young people of different ages and fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The club’s training aims to develop Muay Thai skills while building fitness, strength, endurance, confidence, and effective self-defense abilities.
Group classes are organized by experience level. The Intro group teaches essential techniques step by step in a supportive setting, while beginner sessions focus on technique without sparring. More advanced classes include demanding conditioning, partner work, bags, pads, and sparring. Its trainers draw on years of experience and provide guidance suited to each participant.
The club presents training as both skill development and a motivating team experience, emphasizing a welcoming atmosphere and mutual support.
