Moniek Coaching

Moniek Coaching is a child and parent coaching practice in Landgraaf, led by Moniek Wauben. Drawing on her experience as a mother of two highly sensitive children, Moniek supports families dealing with emotional outbursts, anxiety, sensitivity, perfectionism, school-related difficulties and challenging behaviour. Her approach aims to help parents better understand their child and respond to their needs, while helping children work with their feelings and build confidence.

Services include coaching for children and parents, reflex integration and NEI therapy, presented as a combined programme to support balance and growth. Families may also work on reflex exercises at home with guidance. A new online reflex integration programme offers parents step-by-step support for addressing children’s overstimulation, emotions and restlessness. The coaching is intended to encourage greater calm at home and help children feel more confident in everyday situations, including school. Moniek Coaching invites parents who feel unsure how to help their child to get in touch for information or support; appointments and contact are available through the practice.
