Moniek Masseert

Moniek Masseert is a home-based massage practice for women in Zwolle Zuid, founded by Moniek van Dijk, a Zwolle native who has offered massages from her home practice since 2017. The practice provides treatments intended to support physical and mental relaxation and help ease discomfort or muscle tension. Each massage combines techniques Moniek has developed through her experience, including classical massage, relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, connective tissue massage, cupping and pulsing.

Sessions are tailored to the client’s needs, with a focus on noticing areas of tension in the body. A treatment may emphasize relaxation, easing muscle tension, or a combination of both. Moniek works attentively and calmly, allowing clients to proceed at their own pace. Firmer techniques are alternated with relaxing movements, and calm breathing is an important part of the approach.

The practice is open by appointment on Mondays and Fridays, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Clients can choose a 30-minute massage for €35 or a 60-minute session for €60.
