Monique Bogedein

Monique Bogedein offers traditional Chen-style Taijiquan and Qigong instruction, preserving and teaching the methods of the Chen family tradition. A direct student of Nabil Ranné and a certified instructor with the Chen-Stil Taijiquan Netzwerk Deutschland, she teaches in the lineage of Chen Yu, Chen Zhaokui, and Chen Fake as a 13th-generation lineage holder. Her approach combines the martial art’s practical foundations with health-oriented movement and mental training. Classes emphasize precise body structure and coordination, bringing together flowing, mindful practice and powerful, dynamic movements.

Instruction is available in Berlin, Fürstenwalde/Spree, and online. Offerings include regular group classes, private lessons, workshops, seminars, and programs for children and teenagers. Students new to the practice can begin with a two-hour introductory workshop followed by four trial weeks. Qigong options include beginner classes and a short morning routine, while Taijiquan courses range from gentle introductory sessions to ongoing practice. The program also includes online group instruction, educational retreats, and specialist events for medical and therapeutic professionals.
