Monique Duggan

Monique Duggan Civil Celebrant provides personalised wedding celebrancy services in Melbourne and surrounding areas, including the Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula. A celebrant since 2006, Monique has conducted hundreds of ceremonies and brings experience in hospitality, wedding and event management, and tourism. She aims to make ceremony planning enjoyable, organised and low-stress, creating celebrations that reflect each couple’s relationship, family, friends and lifestyle.

Her wedding package includes a complimentary initial consultation, follow-up planning meetings, ongoing phone and email communication, and access to readings and ceremony ideas. Monique prepares an original ceremony and manages the required legal documentation, including lodging certificates with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages. Couples can also arrange a fully choreographed rehearsal, preferably at their venue. On the wedding day, she arrives at least 30 minutes early, dresses to suit the wedding party and provides a MiPro sound system with microphones and iPod connection. Her approach is described by clients as warm, energetic, professional and personable, with an emphasis on listening and celebrating each couple’s story.
