Monroe Jiu-Jitsu Academy is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Monroe, North Carolina, welcoming adults and children, from complete beginners to experienced grapplers. Its approach combines practical training with a friendly, supportive atmosphere and an emphasis on learning without ego. Students develop techniques for controlling and escaping opponents, defending themselves, and applying submissions, using leverage rather than relying on size or strength.

Classes cover positions, escapes, submissions, and takedowns through structured instruction, drilling, and live training. Beginners receive guidance at a suitable pace, while more experienced students can challenge themselves in demanding rounds. The academy aims to help members train hard, stay safe, and build skills over time; students do not need to be fit before they begin, and no uniform purchase is required. Programs are available for both kids and adults, with classes for beginner and advanced practitioners. Monroe Jiu-Jitsu Academy also provides information about its location, schedule, pricing, membership, and contact details through its website.
