Monterra Travel

Monterra Travel is a full-service travel agency founded by Jennie Jensen and based in Boise, Idaho. Drawing on more than 20 years in the travel industry, including nearly 15 years as a United Airlines flight attendant and over nine years of travel planning, Jennie creates personalized trips for clients across the United States and Canada. As an independent affiliate of Travel Experts, Inc. and a Virtuoso member, Monterra Travel works with trusted suppliers and tour companies and can offer eligible travelers exclusive amenities, such as upgrades, breakfast, cruise credits, and gifts.

The agency designs custom itineraries for luxury, adventure, group, family, and solo travel, as well as cruises. Services can include arranging private flights, dining, private tours, small-group experiences, and expedition or leisure cruises. From rafting and hiking to family vacations and relaxing five-star itineraries, Monterra Travel aims to match each trip to clients’ interests and needs. Its planning support is intended to make travel easier, with attention to service and transparent communication from the first ideas through the journey.
