Montessori Minds Childcare Centre

Montessori Minds Childcare and Kindergarten is a diverse, inclusive, child-safe early learning centre in Norlane, serving families across Geelong, Victoria. Guided by authentic Montessori principles and the Early Years Learning Framework, the centre provides long day care for children from 12 months through Kindergarten. Its programs include a sensory-rich environment for babies, a nurturing toddler program, and a mixed-age Kindergarten for children aged three to six. The accredited Kindergarten program is delivered by a teacher registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and includes 15 hours of funded learning each week for eligible children.

Care is offered Monday to Friday, year-round except public holidays, with eligible families able to access government childcare subsidies and the three-day guarantee. Prepared classrooms, hands-on Montessori materials, consistent routines, and age-appropriate activities encourage independence, curiosity, concentration, and belonging. Beyond classroom learning, children can take part in music, dance, yoga, art, cooking, language activities, gardening, sustainability projects, and cultural experiences.
