Montgomery County Sports Massage

Montgomery County Sports Massage provides clinical massage therapy in The Woodlands, Texas, for people managing chronic pain, recovering after surgery, or seeking support for athletic performance and training recovery. Founded in 2019, the practice is led by Grace, a licensed massage therapist and registered nurse who has treated clients since 2018. Her approach combines hands-on soft tissue work with clinical assessment, considering movement patterns, medical history, nerve involvement, inflammation, and the body’s compensation patterns.

New clients begin with a 90-minute assessment and treatment session. Care is tailored to individual needs and may address conditions such as scoliosis, disc problems, sciatica, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, TMJ, and tension headaches. Post-surgical sessions are adapted to a client’s stage of recovery and can be coordinated with guidance from a surgeon or physical therapist. Services also include recovery support for endurance athletes and other active clients, as well as maintenance sessions for established clients. Pricing ranges from $123 to $246 depending on session length.
