Mooimakers is het Vlaamse initiatief tegen zwerfvuil en sluikstort van de OVAM, Fost Plus en de VVSG. De OVAM is verantwoordelijk voor het afvalstoffen-, materialen- en bodemsaneringsbeleid in Vlaanderen. Fost Plus verenigt de bedrijven die verpakte producten op de Belgische markt brengen. De lokale overheden zijn verantwoordelijk voor de openbare netheid en zijn verenigd in de Vereniging van Vlaamse Steden en Gemeenten (vvsg). Mooimakers voert onderzoek, stimuleert kennisuitwisseling, ondersteunt op een proactieve manier alle actoren die zich engageren in de strijd tegen zwerfvuil en zet zelf aanstekelijke acties op. Mooimakers is de motor van een maatschappelijke beweging waar iedereen deel van kan uitmaken. We geven uitvoering aan het beleid rond zwerfvuil en sluikstorten.
