The name "Moonah" is derived from the word "Moon," symbolizing the influence the lunar cycle has on us and the oceans. Each phase of the moon holds a unique visual characteristic and spiritual meaning. We believe in transforming waste into wearable art, which is why we use materials like ECONYL®, made from old fishing nets and plastic waste.

Founder Eva Estlander was inspired by her experiences living by the beach and witnessing the impact of the moon on the tides and the environment. She combines her love for the moon, yoga, sustainability, and spirituality to create timeless and functional yoga clothing that doesn't harm our planet.
