Moontower Midwifery & Wellness is an Austin, Texas, care practice supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive and sexual healthcare. Its approach centers on listening, respect, personalized attention, and support, with care intended to be inclusive and responsive to each person’s needs. The team includes Certified Nurse-Midwives, a family nurse practitioner, and a physician.

Moontower offers prenatal care with an emphasis on longer visits, communication, and connection. Its midwives support a range of birth preferences, including unmedicated childbirth and births with epidurals, and provide care in hospital settings. The practice also recognizes that pregnancy and birth can involve complex or changing circumstances, and that midwifery support can remain valuable when medical interventions are needed.

Beyond maternity care, Moontower provides holistic, gender-inclusive reproductive and sexual healthcare, including support for people who are not planning to have children. The practice is located on West Parmer Lane in Austin and serves clients seeking compassionate, individualized care and informed support.
