Moos Firearms

Moos Firearms provides firearm education and License to Carry (LTC) training, with online and in-person options for people seeking a Texas LTC. Its state-approved online course is self-paced, available around the clock, and designed to work on smartphones and other devices, allowing students to complete training from home. The site also lists an in-person LTC class and an NRA Basic Pistol class, with class details, schedules, registration, and informational blog posts available online.

Moos Firearms explains the potential benefits of a Texas LTC, including broader recognition in other states and permission to carry in additional locations, subject to applicable laws. The company’s FAQ states that Texas LTC applicants may be residents of any state and that the minimum age is 18. It also describes the online course as the official Texas DPS course required for an LTC, and says students can study at their own pace with a pass guarantee.
