Moov-it

Moov-it is an association offering professional support to people affected by degenerative conditions, particularly Parkinson’s disease, as well as their families and caregivers. Its work centers on helping participants reconnect with their bodies, improve control of movement, and address, as far as possible, challenges associated with progressive illness. The association develops projects that combine physical and intellectual activity, with an emphasis on ongoing movement, participation, and personal wellbeing.

Moov-it’s activities span movement without borders, body and mind, support and assistance, expression and art, brain training, and adventure-based experiences. These initiatives provide varied ways for people to engage, develop abilities, and find support. The program is presented as a practical and creative route to greater bodily awareness. The organization also invites the public to learn about its team and projects and to contribute through annual membership, voluntary donations, Satispay, or Italy’s five-per-thousand tax designation. Based in Milan, Moov-it provides information and contact channels for people interested in its work.
