MopedRally

Budapest-Szeged Offroad MopedRally is a Hungarian motorsport and touring community centered on the culture of small-engine mopeds. Established in 2008, the MopedRally is an annual navigation and endurance ride that challenges participants to travel more than 200 kilometres over off-road terrain using mopeds with engines under 50 cc. Its purpose is to celebrate these vehicles while testing riders’ navigation skills and mechanical abilities in demanding conditions.

The event is traditionally associated with the Saturday of Pentecost, and the organization also promotes autumn MopedRally events and longer moped tours, including trips in Transylvania. Its website provides event information, registration updates, rally archives dating back to 2008, participant reports, results and other community content. Visitors can learn about the organizing association, its objectives and activities, membership, and ways to offer support.

Through its events and shared stories, Budapest-Szeged Offroad MopedRally brings together riders interested in adventure, practical skill, and the distinctive tradition of travelling by small-engine motorcycle
