Morávka is a scenic municipality in the Frýdek-Místek District of the Czech Republic, nestled between the Travný and Slavíč mountain massifs. Founded in 1615, it stands 520 metres above sea level and extends along both banks of the Morávka River. Covering 8,735.28 hectares, it has the largest municipal cadastral area in the Beskydy region and includes numerous local areas, among them Slavíč, Lipové, Nytrová and Ježánky.
