Eleven Foundation is a nonprofit initiative founded by footballer Alexia Putellas to help girls at risk of social exclusion discover football as a means of personal growth. Its mission is to empower young girls to build confidence, develop emotional skills, and become positive forces in their communities. The foundation provides a safe, supportive environment for girls aged 6 to 18, regardless of their background, combining football training with guidance from qualified social and sports professionals.

Through its Eleven Academies program, participants learn football skills alongside age-appropriate emotional competencies. Each girl receives an initial assessment and an individualized mentorship plan, with ongoing attention to her school, family, and personal circumstances. The foundation uses a measurable methodology developed in partnership with the International Network of Emotional Education and Wellbeing. Its programs operate in Spain, Colombia, and Mexico, and the organization reports reaching more than 300 girls and their communities. Supporters can contribute through donations, which the foundation says are tax-deductible, or by purchasing limited-edition products, with all proceeds directed to its work.
