Morfify

Morfify® is a sleep-focused brand offering a simple way to monitor and influence sleeping position. Its Morfify® Sleep app uses motion sensors in a smartphone or Apple Watch to detect whether the user is lying on their back, stomach, or either side. When paired with a Morfify chest belt, the phone can be worn comfortably across the chest; a dedicated Watch Chest Strap is also available for Apple Watch users.

The app’s free Basic version tracks sleep position and changes throughout the night, then presents a morning summary with details such as time spent in each position and a sleep score. A paid Premium subscription, purchased in the app, adds gentle vibration alerts that can encourage users to move away from an unwanted position without fully waking them. Premium settings allow users to adjust alert timing, intensity, and available alert methods.
