MORTENSEN is a project development and investment company with a strong focus on properties, infrastructure, and construction. As a project development and investment company, MORTENSEN aims to invest in and develop companies and projects with potential and societal relevance. Our activities range from project development, including land and property development, infrastructure projects, property rental, and management to investment and development of businesses. We are firmly rooted in progress and strive to make a meaningful contribution to society.
Some of our notable projects include the Recharge City, which will be Europe's first and largest parking and charging center, as well as the sustainable and recreational neighborhood, Hatting Bakker, in Horsens. Additionally, we have recently acquired approximately 260,000 square meters of commercial land in Horsens for the development of businesses.
