Synergie Ski & MTB Academy is an independent ski and mountain biking school based in Morzine, in the French Alps. Founded and led by Lionel Reymond, a state-certified ski and mountain bike instructor, the academy has offered lessons and guided outings since 2005. Its approach centers on private, personalized instruction tailored to each participant’s ability, experience, preferences and goals.

During winter, Synergie provides private ski lessons and outings for individuals, friends and families. Sessions can start from Morzine, Les Gets or Avoriaz, with activities in the Portes du Soleil ski area. In summer, the academy offers private mountain biking sessions and guided rides, adapting the experience to the group and its level while exploring routes in the Portes du Soleil. Whether guests want instruction, discovery or a more customized day outdoors, Lionel provides personal guidance in the mountains. The academy invites prospective clients to get in touch to discuss their needs and arrange a suitable time for an activity.
