About Mosaico Laboratorio Social
Mosaico is a social laboratory that aims to strengthen the social ecosystems in Latin America, activating transformative experiences of unity and compassion. They empower and support private and/or business social initiatives, as well as human groups, through workshops, programs, projects, and consulting services to maximize their impact, scale, and sustainability.
Their mission is to design innovative encounters for social transformation, while their vision is to create a Latin America united in compassion and progress.
Mosaico follows a model of transformation that focuses on discovering and activating the purposes of young people, women, teams, and organizations to nurture their lives and enhance their leadership. They also strive to create and accelerate social organizations or initiatives to maximize their impact and sustainability, as well as facilitate deep trust and tangible, sustainable changes by coordinating and supporting thematic and territorial movements.
