Mosaik Pferdetraining

Mosaik Pferdetraining is the equine training and behavioural consultancy of Sonja Geffert, based in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, and serving the Erlangen-Höchstadt area. Its approach is individual, fair and focused on horse welfare, helping owners understand their horses and build relationships based on trust and clear communication. Rather than following a fixed method, Sonja adapts training to each horse’s personality, the owner’s needs and the challenges they face.

Services include behavioural advice for issues such as fear, aggression, uncertainty, biting, rearing and bucking, as well as support with anxiety in horses and riders. Clicker and other reward-based training are offered for beginners and experienced handlers, including medical training and ways to make stable rest more engaging. The practice also provides guidance for loading, with groundwork where needed. Coaching is available in person, online or through video analysis. Owners are generally involved throughout the process, and solutions may be developed in collaboration with professionals such as veterinarians, physiotherapists and nutrition advisers. The goal is a more understanding, horse-friendly partnership.
