Moselle Mouv is an interprofessional departmental association that brings together healthcare professionals and physical activity experts in the Moselle region. The brand aims to enable the people of Moselle to engage in adapted physical activities. If you have a long-term condition (ALD) or a body mass index (IMC) above 30, Moselle Mouv offers expertise and support in adapted physical activities.
Simply ask your doctor for a prescription for adapted physical activity, which will allow you to benefit from their services. Once you have your prescription, you can contact Moselle Mouv directly via phone or email, and their coordinator will answer your questions and guide you to the most suitable professional. Together, you will conduct a Check Mouv to assess your physical condition and motivations, and based on that, a tailored program will be proposed to you.
