MOSESR, the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System, has been providing retirement, life insurance, and long-term disability benefits to state employees since its establishment in 1957. They serve a wide range of employees, including general state employees, employees of regional colleges and universities, members of the Missouri General Assembly, elected state officials, judges, administrative law judges, and legal advisors. As an administrative agent, MOSESR administers various defined benefit pension plans, such as the Missouri State Employees’ Plan (MSEP), the Missouri State Employees’ Plan 2000 (MSEP 2000), the Judicial Plan, and the Administrative Law Judges and Legal Advisors’ Plan (ALJLAP).
