Moss Acres

Moss Acres is a brand that specializes in providing high-quality moss products and services. Moss plants, known for their ability to obtain nutrients from the air, require minimal care to thrive. They prefer shade, acidic soil, and adequate moisture.

Interestingly, mosses can completely dry out during periods without rain and quickly revive when moisture enters through their leaves. This phenomenon is called Poikilohydry. Unlike other plants, mosses don't have roots or vascular systems.

Instead, they contain chloroplasts throughout their structure, enabling photosynthesis on all sides. Mosses reproduce through single-celled spores that require water to grow. They can also reproduce asexually by growing new shoots or breaking off and moving to a new location via wind or water.

Moss Acres offers a range of moss products, including live moss panels, starter sets, terrarium kits, and decorative moss fragments. Whether for shade gardens or sun-loving areas, moss provides a unique and captivating touch to any space
