Dream Theme

Moss Funeral Directors is an independent funeral service provider based in Sawbridgeworth, supporting families in Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford and surrounding villages. The team offers compassionate, professional guidance and personalised arrangements, helping families make informed choices while honouring a person’s life and wishes. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Moss can assist whether arrangements are straightforward or include a more individual ceremony.

Services include cremation and burial funerals, from simple, low-cost options to more comprehensive, personalised ceremonies. Cremation services may take place at a crematorium or another chosen venue, and families can decide what happens to the ashes. Burial arrangements can include traditional cemetery or churchyard interments, as well as natural and eco-friendly options. The team also explains practical choices, such as coffins, service formats and ways to remember a loved one.

Families can arrange support through in-person meetings in Sawbridgeworth, phone consultations, Zoom calls or home visits by request. Moss Funeral Directors aims to provide transparent communication and attentive support throughout the process.
