About Mother Hood
Mother Hood e.V. is a dedicated organization advocating for safe childbirth and the rights of families in Germany. Committed to improving obstetric care, Mother Hood aims to ensure that parents receive tailored support that is respectful and empowering throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early stages of parenting. The organization believes that every individual has the right to experience a safe and dignified birth, whether in a hospital, birth center, or at home.
Mother Hood serves as a voice for families, engaging with midwives, healthcare providers, and policymakers to foster a community that prioritizes women’s and family-centered care. Through various initiatives, including regional forums and advocacy campaigns, they work to raise awareness and promote better healthcare practices. The organization not only provides families with essential information and access to resources but also encourages active participation. By joining Mother Hood, members become part of a collective effort to advocate for necessary changes in maternity care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
