Mother and Baby Coach

Mother and Baby Coach Limited is a London-based maternal and infant care service dedicated to helping families feel informed, confident and supported from pregnancy through early childhood. Its approach focuses on creating a safe, comfortable birth experience, supporting early bonding and providing practical guidance for parents as their baby grows.

Antenatal services include pregnancy and birth consultations, education for expectant parents, grandparents and babysitters, breathing and labour-position classes, newborn shopping guidance, and antenatal and postnatal yoga. After birth, families can access online consultations, one-to-one parenting support at home, baby-care education and advice on introducing solid foods. The service also offers development follow-ups, attachment-focused sleep support and guidance on breastfeeding, newborn care and infant wellbeing. Consultations on a baby’s development, play, activities, sleep and supplementary nutrition are available through the first two years.

The company also runs online courses, workshops and seminars on topics such as baby care, breastfeeding, sensitive skin and infant sleep.
