Mother is a Dublin-based LGBTQ+ club night and events brand, conceived in June 2010 for the queer community and its friends. With an old-school spirit and a love of disco, Mother creates an inclusive, safe space where guests can come together on the dancefloor. Its music centers on disco, house and techno, bringing a lively, welcoming atmosphere to its events.
Beyond its regular club nights, Mother produces festival experiences and is a prominent contributor to some of Ireland’s biggest festivals. Its signature event is the annual Mother Pride Block Party, held each June at the National Museum of Ireland. The brand also shares event videos and gallery content, and offers a newsletter for news and updates.
Mother’s club venue is Lost Lane, at 1–2 Adam Court, off Grafton Street in Dublin 2. Through its club nights, festival appearances and Pride celebrations, Mother connects LGBTQ+ audiences through music, dancing and community-focused events.
