Mother's Blessing

Mother’s Blessing is a personal service by Maria Hilpert, created to celebrate pregnancy and support women on their journey to motherhood. Drawing on a tradition the website describes as ancient Navajo, Maria offers a peaceful, nurturing ceremony where the expectant mother is celebrated in her femininity and encouraged to gather strength for birth. The experience may include sharing positive stories, expressing wishes, easing fears and strengthening intuition. Guests can also enjoy rituals such as group mantra singing, a tea ceremony and the presentation of a flower crown to honor the pregnancy and welcome the baby.

Ceremonies are available in a circle with other expectant mothers for €59 per person, or as private gatherings with the mother’s chosen companions, tailored to her wishes; private pricing is available on request. Participants can select from a range of ritual elements. Maria is a mother of three and a nurse based in Gunzenhausen, in the Franconian Lake District. Her approach emphasizes self-trust, mindfulness, love and listening to one’s inner voice.
