About Mothers in Business MiB ry
Mothers in Business (MiB) International is a dynamic brand and network that brings together talented women from diverse backgrounds and professional fields. Our shared mission is to develop skills, advance careers, and strike a harmonious balance between work and family life. As part of the MiB International project, funded by STEA, we cater specifically to the needs of international mothers living in Finland, providing a platform for peer support, professional development opportunities, and networking between international and Finnish career-oriented moms.
Our range of activities includes virtual webinars and networking events, informal get-togethers to practice Finnish, stroller walks for networking and well-being, language cafés to polish language skills, company visits to discover potential employers, and DEI events focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our events are open to all interested moms, and we warmly invite you to join us and contribute to building a more international MiB community.
