Motor Vault develops and sells luxury garage suites in Arizona and South Carolina for people who want more than conventional vehicle storage. Its deeded suites are titled real estate that owners can customize as private spaces for cars, boats, RVs, motorcycles, workshops, showrooms, or lounges. Depending on the location, features include high ceilings, vehicle-sized doors, electrical service, plumbing, and HVAC or preparation for owner-installed air conditioning. Owners can use, lease, or sell their suites; buyers should consult their own tax and legal advisers about investment and 1031 exchange considerations.

Motor Vault communities combine private, gated access and security cameras with shared amenities and a social experience. Members have access to a clubhouse and events such as cars-and-coffee gatherings, barbecues, group drives, and watch parties. The company currently offers suites for sale in Queen Creek, Arizona, and lists additional communities in development or sold out, including locations in Fountain Hills, Deer Valley, and the Phoenix area. Its planned South Carolina community is Lakeside at Lake Keowee.
