Founded on 26 October 2024, the Mountain Gecko Verein aims to keep the hall operating by covering its rent, maintenance and ancillary costs, with the goal of breaking even. Members can use the hall around the clock, and annual memberships are available for adults, families with their own minor children, children aged 6–12 and teenagers aged 13–17. Fees are charged annually from 1 January, with a prorated contribution for people joining during the year.

Guests may also visit when accompanied by a club member, although the association cannot guarantee guest opening hours or a response to visit requests. Day-entry fees vary by age, while chalk is free and rental shoes are available for a voluntary contribution. Groups can arrange visits by contacting the association by email.
