Mountain Seed Foundation is a brand that offers an evidence-based, family-focused program to restore resilience and purpose to veterans and their families. With a focus on positive psychology's PERMA+ model, their program empowers participants to overcome the devastating effects of war through psychoeducational modules and nature-based activities. They provide healing to children and families from war-torn countries through a variety of experiential programs, including mountain-based healing programs, art therapy, and outdoor therapy.

Mountain Seed Foundation also supports Ukrainian families through experiential resiliency programs, humanitarian relief, support for families of fallen soldiers, and long-term therapeutic and leadership programs. They have a Memorial Fund in honor of Mykola Zabavchuk, a brave Ukrainian soldier who lost his life in the war. By donating or becoming a defender, you can help Mountain Seed Foundation empower families beyond war and unleash resilience in unconventional ways
