Mountain Spring Herbals

Mountain Spring Herbals is a Central New York herbal education and wellness resource focused on helping people incorporate plants into everyday life. Its website shares information on herbal traditions, seasonal living, gardening, cooking, and practical ways to use herbs for personal and family well-being. The brand encourages an informed, individualized approach, presenting herbs as potential companions to—not replacements for—standard medical care.

Mountain Spring Herbals offers an online herb shop featuring categories such as herbal body care, pet care, home and garden products, pantry items, teas, and herbal luxuries. Its offerings also include a herbal tea CSA and the e-book Wholistic Healing for the Family, described as a quick-reference guide to common family complaints. Learning opportunities include online classes, apprenticeships, and mini-workshops on topics ranging from making tonics and garden beauty products to edible flowers and heirloom gardening. The site also features a journal, seasonal resources, herbal FAQs, and materials for children. Products are temporarily on hold during renovations, and the site states that items cannot currently be shipped.
