Mountain Support

Mountain Support Services is a boutique provider of person-centred NDIS disability supports, based in New Norfolk in Tasmania’s Derwent Valley. The organisation supports plan-managed and self-managed participants across Tasmania, including the Derwent Valley, Hobart, Huonville, the West Coast and Penguin, with some services available interstate. Its approach centres on choice, dignity, inclusion and building supportive relationships, with services tailored to each participant’s needs and goals.

Offerings include community access and participation, in-home support, short-term respite and respite planning, registered support coordination, mentoring and training, yard services, and help arranging cleaning services. Participants can also access outdoor and adventure-based activities, community programs, and practical assistance to develop everyday skills and confidence. Support packages are customisable, with participants able to shape their services and choose specialists according to their preferences.

Mountain Support Services aims to foster independence, wellbeing and meaningful community connections through flexible, personalised support. The organisation works alongside participants and families to develop plans that support individual aspirations and help people take part in everyday life on their own terms.
