Mountain Sweet Honey Co.

Mountain Sweet Honey is a beekeeping retailer focused on helping beekeepers succeed, from first-time hobbyists to experienced apiary operators. Established in 2011, the company sells honey bees and beekeeping supplies online, shipping products nationwide and using regional logistics centers to help deliver bee shipments. Its package bee shipments are insured, and its apiaries are licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture; the company says its hives are managed using natural organic methods.

The store offers package bees, nucs, and queens, alongside equipment for 8-frame and 10-frame hives. Its catalog includes hive bodies, frames and foundation, tools, smokers, protective clothing, bee health products and supplements, and honey-processing and storage supplies such as extractors and tanks. Mountain Sweet Honey also provides educational resources, beekeeper training, and events to support customers’ learning. The company highlights customer service, practical beekeeping information, and shipping offers on eligible orders. Its website also features product categories, order and account services, and customer reviews, making it a resource for purchasing bees and equipment as well as learning more about beekeeping.
