About Moustakallis
Moustakallis is the first original and traditional Cypriot Restaurant-Taverna in Polis, Cyprus. Since 1978, this family-owned establishment has been a part of Polis history, starting with Papa Moustakallis and his wife Katerina who opened the first tavern in Polis. Today, three generations of the family, including Papa Moustakallis, his son Andreas, and grandson Kyriakos, run the business with the help of a dedicated team of chefs, waiters, and kitchen porters.
The menu at Moustakallis features a variety of Cypria-European dishes made with locally-sourced ingredients, including fresh fruit, vegetables, poultry, fish, and meat. One of their signature dishes is the Lamb Kleftico, a traditional clay oven-cooked lamb that is tender and flavorful.
