Move and Ride

Move and Ride is a rider-focused fitness and instruction provider built around the idea that better partnership with a horse begins with the rider. Its services help riders develop strength, balance, coordination, muscular endurance, mobility, and overall fitness, with training tailored specifically to the demands of riding. The goal is to support a more stable seat, clearer aids, and greater enjoyment both in and out of the saddle.

Move and Ride offers several ways to work toward these goals, including private and group rider-fitness lessons, clinics, and online rider-fitness training. Riders can also take a rider-vitality assessment, book private riding lessons, or choose rider-fitness instruction on horseback. The range allows clients to explore different forms of coaching and training according to their needs. Through its focus on the rider’s physical capabilities, Move and Ride aims to strengthen the rider’s contribution to the horse-and-rider partnership. Information about services and prices is available on the brand’s website, which also provides contact details and social media links.
