Move Like Jagger is a home-based movement and exercise physiology studio in Redhead, New South Wales, serving people of all ages in a neuroaffirming and inclusive environment. Sessions are available in the studio, with home and community visits offered to improve flexibility and accessibility; telehealth enquiries are also welcomed. Hannah’s background includes rehabilitation, nursing and service as an Australian Army medic, and she has a particular interest in helping children build active lifestyles, as well as supporting serving and former service members.
Her approach aims to help clients rehabilitate, build strength and flexibility, improve mobility, posture, balance and coordination, and work toward greater wellbeing through movement. Appointments are required
