Move Mountains

Move Mountains is a New York-based 501(c)(3) foundation created to continue the vision of Kyla Pokorny, who battled Ewing sarcoma for seven years and worked to raise awareness and support for others. The foundation aims to help children across the United States who are undergoing, or preparing to undergo, chemotherapy for cancer. Its central offering is the Kyla Chemo Kit, designed to provide comfort and support for children’s bodies, minds, and spirits during treatment and help ease some of its effects.

Alongside this practical support, Move Mountains raises funds for research focused on Ewing sarcoma and other forms of childhood cancer, with the goal of advancing treatments and finding a cure. The organization also invites community members to join its team, contribute skills, and make donations to support its mission. Its website features information about chemotherapy and radiation side effects, cancer research, kit requests, and apparel. Through these efforts, Move Mountains seeks to bring comfort to children facing cancer treatment while supporting progress toward better outcomes.
