MoveQuest HQ

MoveQuest is a FitFi ecosystem that connects real-world physical activity with on-chain participation and rewards. Designed for people who already walk, run, work out, or otherwise stay active, it turns verified movement into Proof of Physical Activity (PoPA), submitted using Apple Health or Health Connect. Users can begin with up to 18 free Phantom miners, with no upfront miner purchase; a small submission fee applies on days they choose to mine.

The platform is structured as a progression system rather than a conventional fitness-tracking app. Daily activity powers miners that harvest MQT, while users can expand their capacity by adding miners, unlocking dock slots, participating in hatcheries, and evolving miners through Trailblazer, Explorer, Vanguard, and Titan tiers. MoveQuest describes its distribution as tied to verified activity and participation, with an emphasis on long-term engagement.

The project’s testnet is live, and the site states that the MQT mainnet is planned for mid-summer 2026. MoveQuest positions itself for active participants seeking to connect everyday movement with an evolving Web3 ecosystem.
